Reward Redemption Steps
(Only one reward option can be chosen per purchase)
Entitles the consumer to a return domestic flight voucher on British Airways [operated by Comair] or kulula subject to availability, to a R4000 flight voucher [Blue Reward Tier], R7000 flight voucher [Silver Reward Tier] or R12000 flight voucher [Gold Reward Tier]. One of the guests travelling must be the person who purchased the product.
Entitles the participant to Uber vouchers up to the maximum value of R4000 [Blue Tier], R7000 [Silver Tier] or R12000 [Gold Tier].
MR D FOOD REWARD
Entitles the consumer to Mr D Food coupons up to the maximum value of R4000 [Blue Tier], R7000 [Silver Tier] or R12000 [Gold Tier].
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION REWARD
Entitles the consumer and one guest to a complimentary “Bonus Break” two night stay at any participating Protea Hotels by Marriott® [Blue Reward], Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! by Marriott® [Silver Reward] or African Pride Hotels [Gold Reward Tier]. One of the guests staying must be the person who purchased the product.
1. CONSUMER SMS
Upon purchase of a qualifying Samsung Home Appliance product within the promotional period and taking delivery of the product by no later than 31 December 2018, the consumer must send an SMS with their Samsung model code (as stated on product purchased) to 45903 by 31 December 2018.
If this SMS is not sent by 31 December 2018, the reward cannot be claimed. SMS is charged at R1.50. Free SMSs or minutes do not apply.
2. CONSUMER ON-LINE FORM
Consumer will receive a return SMS with a link to a website and unique token within 48 hours, where an on-line form will need to be completed. This site will have a built-in image upload mechanic to submit an image of both the proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number on the product (not on the box) that has been purchased.If the consumer does not receive a return SMS within 48 hours, it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact the Samsung Concierge Service on 087 057 1258.
The on-line form must be completed by 21 January 2019 or reward cannot be claimed.
3. CONSUMER REWARD REGISTRATION PIN
Once the on-line form has been completed the consumer will receive an automated e-mail confirming entry which will state a verification period of 10 working days, before the REWARD REGISTRATION PIN CODE is sent to the consumer via SMS with the contact telephone number of the Redemption Concierge Service, to call when ready to redeem chosen reward.
The consumer has 12 months to redeem the chosen reward from date the Reward Registration Pin Code is issued via SMS.
4. CONSUMER REWARD REDEMPTION FORM
When the consumer calls the Redemption Concierge Service, they will be asked to quote their Reward Registration Pin Code sent via SMS. The consumer will select their reward of choice and the relevant Reward Registration Form will be emailed to the consumer. Once the completed Reward Redemption Form has been received by email from the consumer, the consumer will receive a reward voucher via SMS within 10 working days.
CONSUMER REWARD VOUCHER REDEMPTION:
Consumer will be required to contact the service provider [British Airways / kulula] as per contact details provided with the reward voucher sent via SMS to book their required flight. Bookings must be made 4 weeks in advance and are based on availability. Actual travel must take place no later than 31 July 2020.
Consumer will be required to redeem individual Uber ride vouchers [available in R100 and R200 denominations] via the dedicated website provided on SMS with the reward voucher. Uber vouchers will be sent via SMS to book required Uber ride. Consumer will need to utilise the Uber App to use the individual ride vouchers. Uber individual ride vouchers must be redeemed and used within one year of receiving Reward Registration Pin Code.
MR D FOOD REWARD
Consumer will be required to redeem individual Mr D Food coupons [available in R100 and R200 denominations] via the dedicated website provided on SMS with the reward voucher. Mr D Food coupons will be sent via SMS. Consumer will need to utilise the Mr D Food App to use the individual food coupons. Mr D Food coupons must be redeemed and used within one year of receiving Reward Registration Pin Code.
To be eligible to participate in this Promotion:
- The Participant must be 18 years or older.
- Be a natural person and not a juristic entitiy, which juristic entity includes, but is not limited to a Business to Business [B2B] partner, i.e. The product must be purchased in the consumer’s name.
- Purchase any of the qualifying models from a participating store in South Africa. Take delivery of qualifying products 31 December 2018.
