For delivery of items during the Covid-19 lockdown and in keeping with the safety protocol, we have implemented the following precautionary measures for deliveries:
Step 1:
Expert will contact the customer by telephone to confirm if any special infection control procedures are in place at the delivery location. These will be noted for the driver.
Step 2:
The driver will wear gloves and a mask at the point of delivery. When the driver arrives at your delivery address, they have been instructed to ring the bell, and stand back at a safe distance. Please wear a mask if possible and avoid direct contact with drivers, for their safety and yours.
Step 3:
Keeping an appropriate distance of two metres, the driver will check the customers identity and upon verbal or visual confirmation the driver will place the goods on the ground.
Important to note:
- Packaging is sanitised before being loaded for delivery.
- Please wash your hands before receiving your delivery.
- Please sanitise the packaging before unpacking the goods. (You will need to keep the box for warranty purposes.)
- Please wash your hands after handling the packaging.
