Competition Rules

1.CAMPAIGN BASICS & PERIOD
Entries will be accepted online for the duration of this campaign. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Only 1 entry per person per competition is allowed. You can enter multiple competitions. Your chance of winning will be determined solely as a percentage of the total valid entries received for that competition period. If 1000 entries are received, then your chances will be 1 in a 1000 and so forth. A valid TV licence is required for if the draw prize is a Television.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to those that are 18 years and older, as of the date of entry. The Competition is only open to legal residents of South Africa. Employees of Iser (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition. The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The competition is void where prohibited.
3. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Iser (Pty) Ltd, anyone acting on behalf of Iser (Pty) Ltd, and Iser (Pty) Ltd licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media, your entry, name, picture, voice, statements.
4. AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Iser (Pty) Ltd as final and binding as it relates to the content of this competition.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Complete your details and follow the prompts on the social media posts. Entrants must accept marketing correspondence in order to be eligible for the draw
6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
The Winner(s) of the competition will receive the specified prize. Details of the prize will be published on the social media platform. Iser (Pty) Ltd reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of the same value in the event of stock not being available. The prize is not exchangeable for cash. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Iser (Pty) Ltd to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winner will be selected by a random draw under the supervision of Iser (Pty) Ltd management. The winner will be notified via Phone Call & Email, by 17h00 on the day of the draw, following the selection of the winner. Iser (Pty) Ltd shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 Days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY/COLLECTION
Delivery of your prize will be arranged, or you may collect by prior arrangement.
Please note proof of identity will be required.
10. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Iser (Pty) Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Iser (Pty) Ltd control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition. In such case Iser (Pty) Ltd may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Iser (Pty) Ltd
Iser (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change the rules of the competition. For convenience only, the date on which these rules were last amended is shown above. It is your responsibility to check for amendments to these rules.
Participants are responsible for any data, cellphone or any other charges necessary to enable participants to gain the necessary network or internet access to be able to access social media to enter the competition.

The Sponsor of the Campaign is Iser (Pty) Ltd. The Campaign hosted by Iser (Pty) Ltd is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
14. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION
You, the Contestant have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the Competition Rules.
